Before you travel:

Please do not leave home if you or anyone in your household has, or have had in the last 7 days, any of the following symptoms of Covid-19:

-a high temperature 
-a new, continuous cough 
-a loss of or change to your sense of smell or taste

Upon Arrival:

Please use the hand sanitiser just inside the front door and scan our track and trace QR code. Please wear a face covering in all communal areas (unless seated for breakfast) and maintain social distancing at all times.

Room Cleaning:

The main spaces and high touch points of the guest house will be cleaned and sanitised frequently each day, including the external door handle. We will ensure that each room is sanitised, cleaned and changed to the correct health & hygiene Covid-19 Government guidelines. Each room will be aired to its fullest potential between guests to avoid potential cross-contamination.

Cancellation Policy:

Once a deposit has been paid a contract has been entered in to. If you then have to cancel your reservation, for whatever reason, cancellation charges will be due. As such, we strongly advise that all of our prospective guests take out travel insurance at the time of booking. 

You will be booking an offshore holiday and there are sometimes cancellations or delays due to weather or technical difficulties, or you may be subject to unexpected illness or injury that may cause you to have to cancel your planned trip. 

Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Whist every effort will be made to re-let cancelled accommodation, a charge of 90% of the total cost will be due if the accommodation is not re-let. If cancellation is within 48 hours of arrival, the full cost will be due.

Only in the case of a lockdown situation may bookings be cancelled without charges, however, deposits remain non-refundable. Should you have to cancel your booking due to the effects of Covid-19 you will be able to transfer your deposit to another date.
